Deluxe Room: (24/27 mq.) in the Villa, with balcony stunning view over the lake/ castle, gardenside. The room is equipped with a spacious  bathroom with shower, hairdryer, strongbox, phone, LCD 26' Tv-Sat, fridge and parking.

2012 New ROMANTIC Suite

The Romantic Suite

In the Hotel with large balcony with sunchairs and stunning view lake /castle, in quiet position over the garden, bathroom,shower, hairdryer, safe, LCD TV Sat, fridge, phone, Wi-fi,and private parking.

DE LUXE Family Apartment

De Luxe Family Apartment in the Villa (35 mq ca.): this solution includes two separate bedrooms balcony with lakeview over the garden. It is equipped with 1-bathroom with shower, hairdryer, phone, LCD 26" Tv-Sat fridge, private parking, sunchairs in garden.
A small charge is required when in use in the provided times.

Informations and general conditions

Easter week Euro 10,00- overprice per person/night

+ 10% overprice in all season for short staying (under 4 nights).

-50% Reduction for children 3-12 years   in parents room

-30% Reduction third bed in double room

Baby under 3 years € 15,00 per day.

Double room for single use only on request with overprice.

DISCOUNT for payment in cash on arrival day -2% reduction.
Dogs only on request Euro 8,00 each day. 

Lift just in main house not in the Villa.
All rooms are full air conditioned (a small charge is required when in use in the provided times). 

On the arrival day can take the room just after 1.00 p.m. In case of late arrival after 7.00 p.m. please advice the Hotel.
In case of late arrival or anticipated departure the Hotelier reserves the payment extra, of the daily tariffs for further three days maximum.

In case of cancellation the deposit will be held for a future booking for one year, cancellation less than 20 days before your arrival, the deposit will be lost.
