Deluxe Zimmer

Deluxe Room: (24/27 mq.) in the Villa on lakeside with balcony lakeview over the garden. The room is equipped with a spacious  bathroom with shower, hairdryer, strongbox, phone, Tv-sat and fridge.

De Luxe Family Apartment

De Luxe Family Apartment in the Villa (35 mq ca.): this solution includes two separate bedrooms balcony with lakeview over the garden. It is equipped with 1-bathroom with shower, hairdryer, phone, Tv-sat fridge, private parking, sunchairs in garden.
A small charge is required when in use in the provided times.

Family Apartment Classic

Family Apartment Classic  (30 mq ca.): this solution includes two separate bedrooms balcony with lakeview over the garden. It is equipped with 1-bathroom with shower, hairdryer, phone, Tv-sat fridge, private parking, sunchairs in garden.

Informations and general conditions

Discount 2%: for cash payments at the arrival, with advanced reservation.

For short staying under 4 days + 10% overprice

- 30%: discount for 3° bad in a double room    

- 50%: for children 3-7 years old, in parent’s bedroom.

- 40%: for children 7-12 years old, in parent’s bedroom.
+ 70%: double room, used as single room

Baby  0-3 years old:  Euro 15,00 for day.
Dogs, only on demand: € 8,00 for day
Elevator only in the main building.

All roomsare fullt air conditioned (a small charge is required when in use in the provided times).

On demand: reservation for a dinner in the Du Lac Hotel, on the lakefront. There are three different menu, with a rich salad buffet, for only 19€ per person.

Check-in from 13:00. Please warn for arrival later than 7 p.m.

In case of delayed arrival or anticipate departure in respect to the reservation, the hotel will count the room’s price for 3 days.
